Born in Istanbul in 1975, Soner Bigeç completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Beykent University Faculty of Business Administration, and his English language education at Boğaziçi University and the University of California.

 

He gained many years of experience in the banking sector by working in various positions at Yapı Kredi, Kuveyt Türk, Fortis and Turkish Economy Bank between 1999 and 2023.

 

After his retirement, he served as General Manager at Wow Project Construction Inc.

 

In 2025, he established his own enterprise, Home Port Real Estate Consulting and Investment Inc., and began operating in the field of real estate and investment.

Born in Sivas in 1966, Davut Davutoğlu is an expert with over 15 years of experience in the fields of construction, urban transformation and project planning.

 

Throughout his career, he has led numerous projects by combining technical knowledge, aesthetic sensitivity, and strategic vision. Doğan, a graduate of Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture, specializes in urban planning, urban design, conservation planning and landscape projects.

Born on March 1, 1973 in Konya Hadim, Attorney Nurten Eğercioğlu graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 1996 and registered with the Izmir Bar Association the same year.

 

Having been a freelance lawyer in Izmir since 1996, Eğercioğlu served as a member and President of the Izmir Bar Association Disciplinary Board between 2004 and 2017.

 

He is an expert in real estate law, banking law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and mediation, and provides consultancy and litigation services to individual and corporate clients.

Born in Istanbul, Tülay Tükelman holds a BA from Istanbul University's Faculty of Letters and a MA in Educational Administration and Supervision from Marmara University. She has spent most of her career in leadership, organizational management, and human relations.

 

He has contributed to the development of hundreds of professionals by serving as a campus manager, school administrator and educational leader in Türkiye's prestigious educational institutions.

Cahit Bahçıvan leads the project development and corporate communication strategies of Home Port Gayrimenkul Danışmanlık ve Yatırım A.Ş. with his extensive experience in management, operations and communications.

 

Bahçıvan, who began his career as a manager in the tourism and service sectors, later worked in logistics and real estate investments, specializing in operational planning and purchasing management.

 

Between 2013 and 2017, he worked as a Purchasing Coordinator at Maxiplan Real Estate Project Development Inc., managing the procurement and planning processes of large-scale projects. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Endolin Education Consulting Ltd., a company operating in the field of training and consultancy, and a member of the Board of Directors of SS Küçükyalı Tradesmen's Cooperative.
