Home Port Financial Assurance System
It is a corporate assurance declaration that strengthens Home Port's brand reliability and investor protection.
The flow of funds for all real estate sales is managed under the supervision of Home Port.
The buyer makes his payment only through Home Port's registered bank accounts or authorized financial channels (bank, SWIFT, SEPA, Grand Bazaar office, etc.).
The seller cannot transfer the title deed without the approval of the Home Port Financial Control Unit.
When necessary, the transaction is carried out through a blocked account system; funds are kept in a secure account until party approval is received.
This system ensures transparency, traceability and complete trust at every stage.
